1. pretty much google, i started very broad such as "twitter" or "social networking", then dove deeper into it and then became very narrow, i was planning to go to the library again and go find a better journal, or at least a good article and a better book article. Also i check the newspaper every week, i get wall street journal and San Jose Mercury News and they usually have a tech section with something about twitter or facebook. I did not use the library database which i really regret, but there is still time to go back and look for more. For a book i pretty much look for anything new, because a book that is sixth months old is not up to date.
2. It has been kind of hard to find quotes that really link to my thesis, i wanted my thesis to really be on who owns twitter info, and how safe is it, but most of the twitter stuff i find is why twitter is becoming popular, and what is the phenomenon all about.
